Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Not show any signs of use or damage

Before a return can be approved, customers may be asked to provide clear photos of the product.

Once the return is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided by our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products, including e-books, once delivered or accessed
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Products returned without prior approval

These policies are in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our products.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
